We understand at times, you may need to cancel your appointment. Please provide us a minimum of 24 hours of notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments of late cancellations result in us being unable to offer these appointments for other clients. A fee applies for clients who miss their appointment or cancel without the required notice.

Missed appointments

For all clients who miss appointments without any communication to True Active Physiotherapy, 100% of the scheduled cancellation fee applies.

Less then 24 hours notice for cancellation

For all clients who give less than 24 hours notice that they will not be able to make an appointment, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.

​

True Active Physiotherapy may waive this fee in extenuating circumstances.

​

If your appointment can be rescheduled on the same day (schedule permitting), no fee will be charged.
